Recent Successes
The following is a list of Jury Trial Victories: ie, not Guilty verdicts (both Complete Acquittals and Partial Acquittals); Directed Verdicts; cases which were dismissed at the first day of trial or as the trial was in progress; and Hung Juries. While we are most well known for being DUI Defense Attorneys in Arizona, we have handled many criminal cases, including felonies and misdemeanors. Keep in mind that most major felonies we handle do not go to trial due to favorable plea agreements. For example, a sex offense charge may carry 13-27 years of prison, but if we obtain a plea to probation with little or no jail, then this would most likely not go to Trial.
The following is a list of Pre-Trial Victories, which includes complete case dismissals and significant charge reductions. This list is in addition to the high profile cases included in this website’s “In the News” video clips section. This list does not include misdemeanor and minor felony cases which were either dismissed or reduced pre-trial. For example, DUI charges which are reduced to reckless driving charges, or drug and theft charges which are dismissed after diversion classes, are not on this list.
