Stories in the Phoenix New Times and Arizona Republic are getting backed up by the TV interest in the case. We posted last week about the dismissal of Lisa Randall’s case. This marks the first time in over 10 years that a Capital First Degree Murder Case has been dismissed by a Maricopa County Prosecutor. This morning Lisa Randall, a client of Arizona Criminal Attorney David Michael Cantor, had her charges of first degree murder and aggravated child abuse dismissed by Judge Michael Kemp. The dismissal of this First Degree Murder case are a sign that common sense does still exist in Maricopa Law and is the culmination of over 3 years of heartache for Lisa and her family.
